Ms. Libby has over 18 years of experience in the childcare field. She holds an Associates of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and has been a VPK Instructor at Happy Time for over 5 years. She holds certifications in the VPK FAST Star Early Literacy Test Administrators, Child Growth and Development, a Microcredential in Emergent Literacy for VPK Instructors and Preschool Language Development.
